St Peter’s Church is a lovely setting in which to get married. Being a Church of England church, the clergy are licensed to conduct Christian weddings.
To be married in the church you need either to live close-by (in the geographical parish), be a regular worshipper (on the electoral roll) or have a qualifying connection (eg. baptised in the church, have been a regular worshipper in the past or have a close family connection).
The Church Office will help you with all initial and administrative planning. The person taking the service will liaise with you regarding the content of the service, will help you to prepare for marriage and will be praying for you.
