After all the excitement of the Jubilee celebrations last weekend, there is another opportunity to get out and about and enjoy our local community this Saturday and Sunday with the return of Open Gardens!
16 gardens will be open around the parish on Saturday and Sunday between 1pm and 5pm – extended opening times this year to allow you to visit all 16! Programmes, priced at £3 per adult, will give you details of how to find the open gardens and can be purchased from the Children’s Society charity shop in Saltaire or are available on the Welcome Desk at St Peter’s.
Refreshments will be available in several of the gardens and an exciting new collaboration with Hive in Shipley means many of the gardens will feature sculptures or ceramics. All proceeds raised will go to support the Children’s Society and Hive.
