As the pandemic restrictions ease and we start to head back to church more regularly again, we are looking to start to rebuild some of the rotas for helping with the many tasks that are vital to keeping our worship together running.
Doing Bible readings and leading intercessory prayers in church are two really important jobs that add a huge amount to our worship services together on a Sunday.
We like to have as many people as possible involved in doing this but know it can be nerve-wracking if you haven’t done it before, or haven’t done it for a long time!
To help you get started, during May, John is going to run some short training sessions live in church for readers and intercessors. Whether you are already involved in this but would like a refresher – or whether you’ve never had a go but be willing to give it a try, then these sessions are for you.
We need to limit the number of people attending each session because of the Covid regulations still in place, so there will be a limit of fifteen people at each session. We will organise more sessions if the need is there!
