Emma, a member of our Risen Youth Group, tragically died following a very sudden illness a few weeks ago.
Emma’s funeral will take place at Eldwick Church, where she attended with her family, at 12 noon this Friday, August 14.
Due to the current retrictions, attendance at the funeral itself will be limited but the service will be live-streamed to allow others to tke part. We will be broadcasting the livestream in church at St Peter’s on Friday.
If you wish to attend the livestream broadcast at St Peter’s, you will need to book, as attendance will also need to be limited under the current restrictions. Please be aware that the usual necessary social distancing restrictions will be in place, entry to the church will be from the car park only, hand washing facilities will be available and the wearing of face coverings is now mandatory in places of worship, other than people covered by the various exemptions.
As the funeral takes place on Friday, please keep Emma’s family – especially her parents Ruth and Matthew and her sister, Sophie – in your prayers on Friday, as well as all those who knew and loved her
